Flying Further

Beyond our core operations, we take flight to explore, support and connect. These special projects reflect our versatility, commitment, and deep connection to the skies of southern Chile.

Heliskiing, Explorations, Science & Community

Beyond our daily operations, we fly with purpose. At Aerotoscana, we believe flying is more than just a way to reach a destination—it’s away to connect, discover, and contribute. Over the years, we’ve been part of experiences and projects that reflect our operational versatility, our commitment to service, and our passion for the skies of the southern world.

Our commitment to flight goes         beyond services and into      meaningful experiences.

Heliskiing Experience

Crossing into landscapes only a helicopter can reach—where untouched powder, natural hot springs, and authentic Chilean hospitality create an unforgettable heliskiing experience.

For three seasons, we crafted a one-of-a-kind heliskiing adventure in the Chilean Andes—blending precision aviation, world-class skiing, and the warmth of a 100% Chilean team.

For some seasons, we operated a unique heliskiing experience in the Chilean Andes—crafted personally by the owners and brought to life with a team of professional local guides and dedicated ground support.

Our full-board packages included helicopter transportation, cozy lodge accommodation, and meals featuring the authentic flavors of Chilean cuisine. Crossing into landscapes only a helicopter can reach, guests discovered terrain for all skill levels, pristine powder unmatched in South America, and natural hot springs accessible exclusively by air.

Every detail—from the flying to the guiding, the food, and the hosting—was handled 100% by Chileans, sharing not just our mountains, but our culture and warmth with guests from around the world.

Though not currently offered to the public, this chapter remains a defining part of our story, blending precision aviation, local expertise, and the adventurous spirit that drives Aerotoscana.

Aeortoscana provided an exceptional experience. I’m an experienced heli-skier, and I can attest that they were professional on all levels, emphasizing group safety and fun. Most importantly, they made me feel like family. I’ve skied with other outfits, but Aerotoscana sets itself apart. The whole vibe is that you are one of the family, and smiles are all around.”

PatagoniaN Expeditions

Flying over Patagonia is not just part of what we do—it’s part of who we are.

In summer, part of our operation is dedicated to exploring the most extreme and majestic landscapes of southern Chile: breathing glaciers, hidden fjords, active volcanoes, rivers, and lakes rarely seen from the air.

With thousands of hours flying in the region, we know its routes, weather patterns, access points, and the local operators who keep its spirit alive. We’ve worked with various lodges and built lasting relationships with outstanding hosts in the most remote corners of the world’s southern tip.

Thanks to this experience, we can now design custom explorations tailored to each client’s interests and style—whether it’s photography, wildlife, silence, fishing, glacier overflights, or simply the chance to see Patagonia from a different perspective.

Our commitment to flight goes beyond services and into meaningful experiences.

science & community

Flying isn’t just about getting from one place to another—it’s about opening access toplaces where no roads exist.

In Chile and South America, we’ve provided aerial logistics for scientific research, supporting university projects in coastal zones, ice fields, and high-altitude valleys.

Our flights have carried scientists, students, and equipment to remote locations for glaciological, environmental, and geographic studies—safely, efficiently, and often where access would otherwise be impossible.

But our commitment to the territory goes beyond science. In moments of crisis, our helicopters have become lifelines—delivering supplies to isolated Andean families after severe floods, and joining search missions for animals stranded in affected areas.

Whether serving academia or communities in need, these missions share the same purpose: to connect, protect, and make a difference from the sky.
